Daylite 101 Class Goals

After completing the Daylite 101 class, students will:

• Understand the Concepts behind Daylite.
• Be Comfortable Navigating through Daylite’s Interface.
• Realize when configuration needs haven’t been met.
• Be aware of new ways in which Daylite can increase business productivity.
• Have concrete procedural documents for systems specific to their company.

• Lesson 9: Bulk Edit & Forms
• Lesson 10: Corresponding Using Daylite
• Lesson 11: Managing Sales using Opportunities

Duration

The Daylite 101 Certified class lasts two days. Each day will begin at 9am, end between 4pm-5pm, and have a 1-hour lunch break.

Cost

The cost of the Daylite 101 Certified class is $495 + GST (HST after July 1, 2010).

• Having your own computer is not required but is highly recommended.
• Includes your Daylite 101 Certified class workbook.
• Includes 1 follow-up phone call and 2 follow-up e-mails with Daylite Certified Trainer Luis Giraldo.
• Includes a completion certificate at the completion of the class.
