Mac OS X Server, Core Networking
- Regular Rate: $150/hr plus tax(9am-9pm)
- After Hours: $300/hr + tax (9pm-9am)
- 1-hr minimum billing, per 30min thereafter

Remote Support
- $10 + tax per Business Remote Support Unit (6 minutes)
- $15 + tax per Server/Networking Remote Support Unit (6 minutes)
- Remote Support Includes email help, phone calls, screen sharing, etc.
- For example:
- For 10 minutes on the phone, we bill 2 business units ($20).
- For 2 minutes responding to an e-mail support request, we bill for 1 business unit ($10).
- For 13 minutes fixing a server issue, we bill 3 server/networking units ($45).

For any on-site visits outside a 10-km radius of Downtown Vancouver, a pro-rated one-way travel charge at the rate of $100/hr applies. Travel charge will be waived for on-site calls of 5 hours or more, within 60km of downtown Vancouver.
