Start Support Session

After a second or two, you will see a prompt:

Please click on "Allow" in order for the Support Session to start.

The support Application "Mac HelpMate"; will download at this point, and after a few seconds it will launch automatically and create a secure connection between us.

From this point forward, you need not do anything else, as I will be able to assist you directly. You may now sit back and enjoy!
